By booking travel services with The Legacy Blueprint ("we," "us," "our"), you ("client," "you," "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a contract between you and The Legacy Blueprint. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.

Please review all terms and conditions listed below:

  • By booking travel services with The Legacy Blueprint ("we," "us," "our"), you ("client," "you," "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a contract between you and The Legacy Blueprint.

  • We offer a range of travel-related services, including but not limited to:

    • Flight bookings

    • Hotel reservations

    • Car rentals

    • Tour packages

    • Retreats and wellness experiences

    • Payment Plans: Flexible payment plans are available at checkout.

    • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

    • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the departure date.

  • All prices are subject to change until full payment is received. Factors such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and government-imposed taxes can affect pricing. We will notify you promptly of any price changes.

    • Client Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

      • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit; 30-59 days: 50% of total cost; Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost.

    • Agency Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer amounts paid to an alternative trip.

  • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and cancellation. Proof of insurance is required at the time of final payment.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports and visas for your travel destinations. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

  • Some destinations may have specific health requirements or recommendations. Consult your physician and obtain necessary vaccinations prior to travel.

  • The Legacy Blueprint acts as an intermediary between clients and various service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for your booking.

  • If you have a complaint during your trip, notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

  • By booking with The Legacy Blueprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
